Condition History
The riverfront buildings were sold in 1938. Its main remaining building, the office structure, has undergone some changes through the years. The mansard roof was removed and replaced with a flat roof in 1950, and the brick facade is covered in stucco. The interior features remain untouched like the original wooden wainscot, chair rails, floors, office furniture, and machinery. The Watts, Campbell Preservation Society is spearheading efforts to preserve the remaining buildings and machinery.
