Central King building is a campus building that's located between New street and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard situated in a very close proximity to College of Architecture and Design. Previously known as Central High school building, the school was adapted by the NJIT University in 2010. It was a seven-story structure designed in 1911
built of brick and terra cotta in Jacobean style with four corner towers. After 2010 the building was renovated and expanded towards Dr. Martin Luther King Jr boulevard. On the right bank of Passaic River apart from Central King building there are few other universities in close proximity and also the largest New Jersey state Museum is very close by.
